- E-Transfer (preferred method) – Send payment to “firstname.lastname@example.org”.
- Cash/Cheque – Cash/cheque payments can be hand delivered in a sealed envelope with participants name written on the front. Please email to arrange delivery of a cash/cheque payment.
- PayPal – Click on the “Pay with PayPal” button below.
- Credit Card – Pay via PayPal using a credit card. You do not require a PayPal account to pay via credit card. Click on the credit card image under the “Pay with PayPal” button below to access credit card payment form.
All participants will be issued an electronic receipt once payment has been received.
Refund Policy – A full refund is available any time prior to December 16th, 2019. A 50% refund is available any time prior to December 23rd, 2019. Payments are non-refundable after December 23rd, 2019.
Cancellation Policy – If the camp is cancelled for any reason prior to December 30th, 2019, payment will be fully refunded. If any portion of the camp is cancelled due to inclement weather, an attempt will be made to re-schedule over the same holiday period. If a cancelled day cannot be re-scheduled over the holiday, we will attempt to re-schedule during the next PD day, etc. If prompt re-scheduling is not possible, participants will be refunded a portion of their payment for the cancelled day(s). If a participant is not able to attend a re-scheduled day(s), and submits prior notice (48 hrs in advance), a portion of their payment will be refunded for that day(s).
